Xylo Pearl White Stained Engineered Oak Flooring, Rustic, Brushed & Smoked, UV Oiled is a rustic grade flooring sealed in UV oil, part of the Fulham Click Multi-Layer Collection. 

The Fulham Range offers a variety of Classic Products using Natural Oak. Within this Multi-Layer Collection, and whether your choice of wood is UV oiled or lacquered, all will produce a luxurious floor for the room of your choice. The Fulham Range is also suitable for laying over Underfloor Heating Systems and once laid your flooring will be easy to care for and maintain.

Xylo Company specialises in high-quality engineered wood flooring (click or T&G system) with a variety of colour and grade options and a multi-layer 18-21 mm structural wood flooring.

Oak is one of the finest wood types for flooring. It is solid, strong, hard and heavy, it complements the interior design and adds elegance. Thanks to its golden shade and rustic texture oak perfectly matches the classic or the contemporary style. Oak is also durable in any weather condition, a characteristic that makes this wood type very popular. Oak is among the hardest of all hard floors, it is heavy and disposes of great strength and elasticity.

As part of the interior space, wood highly influences the atmosphere and adds an exclusive look to the space. This Rustic grade flooring has a characteristic natural look with substantial colour and structural graining variation between the boards. The rustic grade is also characterised by medium-sized knots, more hairline splits and some sapwood.

The natural oil surface treatment emphasizes the natural look, texture and grain of the wood. Floors treated with natural oil are easy to maintain, but they need a little more care and should be treated regularly with oil maintenance products.
