However, keep in mind that the delivery price of your order may differ from those listed below in case your order is longer or heavier than the standard. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to always choose the best fitting delivery method for your order and be present at the delivery address on the delivery day. In order to process your order on time, make sure to place your order by 1:00 PM. In case you place your order later than 1:00 PM, we will probably be able to process your order on the next business day.

Before you place an order, we recommend you to make sure you are informed about all delivery costs and conditions. Such information is available on our website. Dates and Times

Standard delivery orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Standard delivery orders are dispatched from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Next Day Delivery is available too, however, this delivery method is a subject of stock availability.

Please, be aware that all delivery times and dates are provisional and we reserve the right to change them later. The company will not be responsible for any additional costs and charges you may have to cover in a result of the delay of delivered orders.

Damaged or Missing Goods

In case you receive your order or part of your order damaged or missing some goods, make sure to contact our customer service team immediately at 020 88309788 and inform them about the problem. Make sure to describe all damaged items before you sign the Delivery Note.

In order to claim a refund or a replacement of damaged and missing goods, you need to report all damaged, missing, and opened delivery packages of your order before the delivery driver leaves the address. Therefore, we highly recommend you to check your order before the driver leaves and fill in the Delivery Note in case you detect a problem, otherwise, we won’t be able to provide you with a refund or replace damaged and missing goods and items.

Delivery FAQ

Q: What are the delivery companies you work with for dispatching my order?

A: For all orders and deliveries we work with PW Gates and Parcel Force.

Q: How to learn what is the exact delivery time of my order?

A: We work with delivery companies for dispatching all orders made on our website. The delivery companies we work with do not provide us with the exact time for delivery of orders. Therefore, we are not able to provide you with the exact time of delivery. In case your delivery is carried out by the delivery company Parcel Force you will be provided with a tracking number on the e-mail address you have provided us with. Through the tracking number, you can track the progress of your order. In case your order is dispatched with PW Gates, we can request a one-hour call in advance prior to delivery on your behalf.

Q: Will my order be left inside the property?

A: Unfortunately, the driver will leave your order only at the door of the property. It is your responsibility to arrange someone to help you take the delivered package/s inside the property where you want it and ensure storage.

Q: Can the driver leave my package/s in the yard / garage / porch / etc.?

A: In case you would like your package/s to be left somewhere else than the front door of the property, the driver can do this for you. However, keep in mind that you hold all the responsibility for the package/s after they are delivered at the given place and you take responsibility of the risk of having your package/s stolen or damaged.

Q: How to proceed in case the delivery company has damaged my package/s?

A: We highly recommend you to inspect the condition of all delivered packages before the delivery driver leaves the property. In case you notice damage, an opened package, or missing goods, make sure to notify the delivery driver immediately and they should create a protocol for the damage. Next, take a few pictures of the damaged package/s or goods and send them as soon as possible to our e-mail along with a description of the issue. Our customer service team will do their best in assisting you in resolving the problem.

Q: How to proceed in case the delivery takes too long?

A: Unfortunately, sometimes delivery companies can take too long to deliver the goods and items you have ordered from our website. Once we process your order we release it to the delivery company and it is the delivery company’s responsibility to handle the order and the delivery process safely and on time. In case you have ordered flooring materials, make sure to contact us at 020 88309787. We then will contact the delivery company and assist in resolving the delay. In case you are a supplier, you can use the ID number we have provided you within the confirmation e-mail and you can track your order and its progress.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order if you have changed your mind. In case you want to cancel your order, make sure to contact us by calling us or leaving us an e-mail message. Once you contact us we will cancel your order, but keep in mind that if your order is already dispatched you will be responsible for covering all delivery charges and costs.
