Tradition Engineered Oak Flooring, Ebony, 180x4x14.5mm is a hard-wearing flooring in rustic grade, brushed and sealed in oil finish, providing quality and comfort.
Engineered flooring is a real wood flooring designed to be tough, durable and restorable. It is composed of three layers of wood. Its durable 4mm thick wear layer provides the possibility for sanding and the 14.5mm thickness provides dimensional stability and ensures excellent thermal and acoustic properties.
Engineered Flooring is characterised by superior strength and dimensional stability due to the cross-ply construction of the boards. It reduces the possibility of wood expanding or shrinking due to humidity. it's ideal for installation with underfloor heating, providing stability and ensuring comfort.
Tradition Engineered Oak Flooring, Ebony is suitable for both commercial and domestic areas, providing style and comfort. The natural oil surface treatment emphasizes the natural look, texture and grain of the wood. Floors treated with natural oil are easy to maintain, but they need a little more care and should be treated regularly with oil maintenance products.
Rustic grade floorings are characterised by frequent wood knots, more hairline splits, sapwood streaks and a variation in colour between the boards. This grade highlights the natural look of the real wood surface. Engineered Flooring allows being installed as "floating" flooring suitable for installation above the underfloor heating system.
